The Challenge
Blueprint was launching a new Community alongside its EHR product, with aggressive waitlist growth targets. Both initiatives initially shared the same intake and automation logic, creating a risk of misrouted leads, broken segmentation, and unreliable reporting.
The Systems I Designed
A scalable automation pipeline that:
Routed signups based on form path (

Assigned contacts to the correct waitlist list
Logged signups for marketing visibility
Triggered real-time Slack alerts
All lead handling became fully automated and source-aware.
2. Stitching together Google Sheets, a Custom ChatGPT LLM, and Gemini, I designed an LLM-powered Customer Synthesis Workflow to summarize and surface insights from our customer feedback. This tool informed our ICPs and made data-backed decisions when shaping our launch strategy, resulting in over 500+ waitlist signups in 72 hours.
