Built the Marketing Automation System Behind a New Community Launch

Designed and deployed a multi-system workflow that separated product waitlists, protected CRM data integrity, and enabled real-time internal visibility for Blueprint Health, an AI assistant for Mental Health Therapists.

The Challenge

Blueprint was launching a new Community alongside its EHR product, with aggressive waitlist growth targets. Both initiatives initially shared the same intake and automation logic, creating a risk of misrouted leads, broken segmentation, and unreliable reporting.

The Systems I Designed

  1. A scalable automation pipeline that:

  • Routed signups based on form path (/community vs /future)

  • Created or updated contacts automatically in HubSpot

  • Assigned contacts to the correct waitlist list

  • Logged signups for marketing visibility

  • Triggered real-time Slack alerts

All lead handling became fully automated and source-aware.

2. Stitching together Google Sheets, a Custom ChatGPT LLM, and Gemini, I designed an LLM-powered Customer Synthesis Workflow to summarize and surface insights from our customer feedback. This tool informed our ICPs and made data-backed decisions when shaping our launch strategy, resulting in over 500+ waitlist signups in 72 hours.

Why This Mattered

  • Separated Community and EHR pipelines at the routing level. Prevented cross-list contamination and ensured clean CRM segmentation and reporting.

  • Duplicated and extended the existing Zapier system. Implemented conditional filters and built reusable infrastructure for future launches.

  • Aligned Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Defined form requirements, owned testing, and deployed production workflows.
