SleekFlow 2.0 Brand Refresh
CONTEXT
SleekFlow is a B2B SaaS platform providing omnichannel messaging and CRM solutions to e-commerce and retail businesses. As the company launched its AI-powered features, I led the go-to-market strategy to position SleekFlow as an innovative leader in conversational commerce.
CHALLENGE
Launch a new AI product feature in a crowded market where "AI" had already become a buzzword. Needed to demonstrate real business value to skeptical B2B buyers while differentiating from competitors making similar AI claims.
APPROACH
Developed positioning that demonstrated our most important use case in Customer Support.
Created a multi-channel campaign including product documentation, demo videos, social content, PR outreach, and customer education materials (i.e., brochures and banners for field marketing). The visual assets were distributed on our website, product review platforms (i.e., G2), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Collaborated with PMs to ensure marketing messages aligned with actual functionality.

CTR reaches historic high of 40.7% in Q1 2024, with an average of 32% CTR in the previous quarter.
